Family Vacation July 2014

The kids and I went on a road trip with my parents this summer.  We spent a few days at Gull Lake

 

Then we were off to Manitou Beach, Saskatchewan for a family reunion.  We saw a lot of family and Dax made some new friends, especially the little girls.  The location was nice as well with some other things for everyone to do including swimming, golf and mini-golf.

The weather was great, not too hot and not too cold.  Though the wind was a bit cool on Saturday.  We had a good time and even though there were a few rough moments enjoyed our trip.

I am not superwoman and don't really have my life together, but I manage and am willing to share my tips and learnings. Writing for me can be cathartic and sharing makes us not feel so alone in this crazy, mess of a world we currently inhabit.
